Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The pregnancy could have been due to probable contraceptive failure or could have occurred before you got the hormonal implant inserted. Hormonal birth control use in early pregnancy can cause low birth weight babies, pre-mature labor, feminization of male fetus, increased risk for hypospdias or epispadias in male babies, etc. If worried, discuss with a perinatologist or your treating obstetrician/gynecologist and proceed with further pregnancy based on analysis of risks and benefits. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
