Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and would like to help

There is no specific diet for bipolar patients.
Take a balanced diet ,rich in nutrients and vitamins.
Avoid too much of saturated fat or red meat.
Cut down upon alcohol and smoking .

Certain goods like grapefruit can mess up with certain bipolar medications so talk to your doctors what to avoid .
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
