Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms (delayed periods, light spotting, tight abdomen, lower abdominal cramps, nipple soreness) could be suggestive of pregnancy. If you suspect to be pregnant, consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination and a blood HCG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Urine pregnancy tests in early pregnancy can show false negative results due to les concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine and usually start showing positive results much later in pregnancy (about 20 days post conception). Blood HCG test is accurate and can detect pregnancy earlier (about 11 days post conception) than the urine tests.
Take care.
