I have been dealing with bad cases of diarrhea off and on for months now. No cramps, or blood. Just the diarrhea. Is this something I should be worried about?

Hello and thank you for posting your health query on E health Forum.

Based on the history and the presence of chronic diarrhea on and off without major symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, blood in stools, fever, etc you might be having allergy to food products, lactose intolerance or mal-absorption syndromes or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

You may consider to consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for a physical examination and tests including a stool analysis that can detect the exact problem.
