Obsessive thoughts , anxiety

i have obsessive thoughts alot and anxiety, especially a week b4 my period, but my Daily form of anxiety is me thinking of things that make me anxious and not being able to change my thought to the point where i drive myself almost crazy, the ongoing anxiety and obsessive thinking can go on for days, i noticed i have social anxiety as well,i also have to sleep with a night light on every single nite,its usually; thinking something evils out to get me at times but just thinking, i also think im astrophobic cuz outerspace and not being able 2 c everything in it causes sum paranoia, at times i get anxious being home by myself, and sumtimes im just curious watching something and i end up traumatized for a few days that only Time can heal, i feel like i think of things nobody thinks of cuz my thinking is very unrealistic, i also have a hard time being in a religion bcuz im so paranoid, also my social anxiety leads me 2 be so quiet around others, im also borderline/bipolar as well, help.

Thanks for using this forum...

You seem to be having a lot of problems or is it that you think only you have them?well my advice is simple ,that is empty mind is seat of devil...so keep yourself involved in one way or other and that will only help you ward off unnecessary thoughts which cripple your mind...
