I just started on birth control in October 08' I missed putting my Nova ring back in in December. The first day of my last period was Dec 03 2008 now my question is if I was on the ring for two months straight and I wasn't on it in december would my period have been normal and on time like the last two months. The reason I'm asking is because my periods when not on birth control ar between 35-40 days. Average is 40 days. I just found out I am pregnant and am trying to figure out what day I concieved. Would my period pattern still be consistant?

Well, you shouldn't be having a cycle really. You should have been having the ring in for three weeks, and then the fourth would be for your period. You shouldn't have been ovulating during that time.

If you were usuing your ring correctly, then its unlikely you were pregnant during that time.

Let me clairify
I was using it like directed for the first two months exp. in three weeks out one back in three weeks and so on. However I was supposed to put it back in after my period or right before it stopped not sure exactly, anyways I forgot and so I didn't use anything in December. I found out I am pregnant now. I just wanted to know if I was on a 30-31 cycle when on the nova ring and I was on it for two months and when I am not on birth control my cycle is 35-41 days normally. Would my cycle for December still follow the 30-31 days as if I were on birht control or go back to the 35-41 day cycle because I wasn't on anything? I need to know the conseption date.
