Nutritional Intake
I have seen that if you have a good intake of nutritional diet like fiber rich food, proteins, carbohydrates etc. than you can avoid lots of diseases and also the problems of constipation. The best thing which you should have in your snack time is dried fruits and nuts. they are highly rich in fiber and also contains lots of nutrition.
