Eat breakfast every day. People who eat breakfast are less likely to overeat later in the day.

I too agree with the fact that breakfast is an important meal to start a day as it provides better metabolism working well for the day. It becomes essentially important if our motive is to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. Skipping it can cause grumpy and hungry very early in the day and hence the body will look for high calorie food in lunch time. So, never skip a breakfast.

A farmer's market! Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, right from the farm. You get to meet who grows it and ask the important questions of GMO, pesticide use and when it was picked.

Plus, you help the local economy because more of your money goes where it needs to.

My very first rule when it comes to nutrition is to respect at least 4 meals a day, split in small portions throughout the whole day.

No junk food, no soda drinks. Instead, as much as possible fresh fruits, vegetables. Protein - at least 1 gr for each body pound. Also, good fats and carbohydrates.

"You are what you eat!" Don't expect to be healthy while stay on fast food. It's never too late to make a change. Your body will thank you later for this!

Here is some tips:

1)Write down what you eat for one week and you will lose weight.
2)Add 10 percent to the amount of daily calories you think

3)Get an online weight loss buddy to lose more weight
4)Get a mantra
5)After breakfast, stick to water

Nice tips thanks for sharing. Diet plan is the first and main thing for weight loss. You have to eat a healthy breakfast without it you will be weak.without you diet chart you also have to maintain a regular exercise.
