Hi, I got the caleries down that i need for my mediterainian food regimen as posted by dr khan that i asked for however there are food items that dont list caleries and list grams or milaleters with numbers so i want to know how many caleries there are for those food items. I am awefull at math so i would apreciate if you could post the caleries for those food items. the food items are 1. and 4.
doctor khan stated this>>> "1.calories= 40/100ml cost: 500ml pack 15 $
2.cheapest fish: 262 calories per 100 gram
3.cheapest fruit: pear 100 calories per piece cost is 0.85$ 4.almond: calories 576/100gm cost 7$ per pound. 5.lettuce 15 calories per 100gm cost 1.2$ per pound. 6. Its cost is variable and calories are usually less than 10"

I read your question and I understand your concern.
1) 200 calories in 500ml pack.
2) Almost 2600 calories in 1 pound of almond.
