Hi, I would like to know which Mediterranean(I am talking about the Mediterranean diet) food version is best for my body or me AND what is the best quality Mediterranean food version I can get within my budget. I receive 186$ or near that price in food stamps a month.

Mediterranean diet is plant based i.e fruits and vegetables. Unhealthy fats are replaced by olive oil or canola oil. Herbs and spices are added to food instead of salt. Limited amount of protein are consumed. Now,it depends upon the rates of these items in your state.You can make plan for yourselves.
