Numbness in hands and rapid heartbeat

is it bad to have a panick attack and to feel numbess in the hands and fast heart beat and also cold sweat???

Hello.

It depends on the frequency and the severity of the panic attacks. If the attacks come often, you may have to take anti-anxiety medicines on a regular basis.

There are definite psychological factors associated with panic attacks. If the attacks disturb you in your day to day functioning and make you anxious, you should consider consulting a psychiatrist for evaluation and further course of action.
