Ok so I am sleeping, it is 4:11am, I am a good sleeper but have been really non stop awaking and moving tonight it is annoying as I have to get up for work soon.
My skull feels numb, its really weird. I have a headache too and it is making me feel really annoyed. It is a weird pain accompanied by the numbness.
It started off which felt like a bar going over the top of my head, temple to temple but spread to the back of my head.
I cannot get time off to go to the docs as I am on holiday from Thursday so have work to do.

If the headache is frequent and the intensity is severe than you should consult an neurologist to determine the cause and advice treatment accordingly if migraine headache is suspected and based on your history that is the most likely diagnosis then as far as abortive therapy is concerned Sumatriptan with naproxen can be advised earn for prophylaxis propranolol can be initiated propranolol should not be used in patients with asthma or a history of heart block or depression
