User Profile
I am 31 years old and had 2 miscarriage before. My husband and I have been TTC for 3 years now. Recently I had experienced a terrible menstrual clots and it lasted for about 3 days before the normal flow. On 18 CD I believed I have ovulated but my BBT temps dropped below the CL on 4 DPO along with lots of CM produced and it is never rise to above the CL since. I am now in 39 CD but no AF and pregnancy symptoms showing. To be sure I got BFN. I still having the creamy lotion CM (not stretchable) daily. I also have gained 3kgs within one month in this cycle. FYI, my period cycle is 29-32days. Can you please tell me your thoughts on this? I am scared to check with the doctor now if to find out the bad answer/cause.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The chances of pregnancy (as suggested by delayed periods, increased vaginal discharge, weight gain etc) cannot be ruled out completely. Sometimes urine pregnancy tests can keep showing you false negative results during early pregnancy as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms suggestive of pregnancy and consider visiting your gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
There are many factors (ovarian, uterine, hormonal, stress etc) that govern the chances of having a successful pregnancy. If you have been trying for pregnancy and have not been successful, you should consider getting a complete infertility work-up done for you and your partner to see if there are any underlying causes for the infertility/inability to conceive. Hormonal issues, problems involving ovaries and ovulation, uterine problems, tubal blocks, cervical or vaginal infections should be ruled out for you. For your partner, semen analysis should be done to rule out infections and to confirm the quality and quantity of sperms produced. Treatment as needed (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get pregnant. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance and be in regular follow-up monitoring as instructed.
Have diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Monitor cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting to predict your ovulation and time your intercourse for having fruitful results. Have intercourse in positions that allow for deeper penetration for high deposit of semen. All the best.
Take care.

Thank you for the advice. I am now in CD 42 but still not getting any symptoms of AF and pregnancy. We have done the HCG test and semen analysis last year before my 1st miscarriage, and I am still uncomfortable of undergoing the HCG test process thus delaying the step. I also have done the blood APS test after second miscarriage and come out good though.
I am considering going to see both chinese physician and OBGYN for thorough check-up if I still not having my AF end of this week.

Hey there again. I just want to update what happen to me now. It's just because I dont want to leave my post here without come back telling what had happened afterward.
Well now I am in CD 47 and still confuse what might happen to me. Last weekend went to consult the Chinese physician and he didnt say anything about pregnant after checking my pulse. I feel devastated although kind of expected it beforehand. We decided to wait for another week and if nothing happen, next step is going to see my OBGYN. I try to not feel stress about it now.
