Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Since you have already had previous pregnancies, the third conception should not be a problem.
Get hormonal analysis, an ultrasound scan and HSG (hysterosalpingogram) test done to look for abnormality in uterus and patency of the tubes and the hormonal status.
Your partner also would require getting a semen analysis to be done to look for the quality and quantity of sperms produced. If all the test results come back normal, you will be able to conceive.
Visit your gynecologist or an Infertility specialist to go ahead with an infertility work-up for both of you to see if you can have more children.
Take care
