not feeling like myself, crying, Just growing up?

User Profile
Hello, this all started about 3 weeks ago but didn't get really bad until this week. I haven't been feeling like myself lately. It seems like every time I wake up I feel a little less like myself. It's make very sad, scared, and nervous. Also I've been crying very hard almost everyday since this week. And yesterday it was uncontrollable at times, the crying. I don't know why this is happening. I'm teen girl, so I was wondering if I'm just growing up, or if I have depersonalization or maybe depression. But usually growing that much doesn't happen in just 3 weeks, it takes years to grow up. I just feel all weird and not like myself, and I just want to go back to my old self. I am the shyest girl at my school, and have no friends. I used to be very happy go lucky. Even when I talk sometimes It doesn't feel like me fully talking. It's making my very sad and scared. Please help, thank you. :)
