Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Altered periods could suggest chances of pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, infective causes, endometritis, ovarian cysts etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Observe your menstrual cycles for next 2-3 cycles and visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause if periods remain abnormal. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
