Hi,

So I started Yaz about two months ago. I had all the usual side effects but once that stopped I though I was good to go. Then my period started again a couple weeks ago and it won't stop! My wedding is in two weeks and I terrified it won't stop before then. The reason I started birth control two months ago was so I wouldn't have to worry about my period interfering with the honeymoon.

So what do I do? Or is there anything I can do? Should I stop taking the pill for four days and hope that resets the system so to speak, or should I keep taking the pill, cross my fingers and hope for a miracle?

Thank you so much for your advice.

-Beth

Call your doctor....it could the dosage. If so, he / she should get you back on track before your wedding.

Unfortunately, I don't have health insurance until after the wedding. I know this is a stupid question but would taking two pills instead of one work until I can see a doctor?
