Non-diabetic worry about low blood sugar?

Just now, a fitness-conscious person whom I know is not diabetic just said her blood sugars must be low, laughing at a mistake she made and heading down to the kitchen for a donut. It *is* just a joke, right? I mean, people who aren't diabetic and taking insulin don't have "low blood sugar" crises during their day, do they?

Thank you for asking!
If a person is not diabetic why on earth would he take insulin? insulin is produced inside human body and any exogenous source would keep it above required and may cause hypoglycemia. Stop taking insulin if you are not diabetic. and yes they do have crisis if they take insulin without being diabetic.

Aren't diabetic and aren't taking sugar. Neither one. So can she possibly have low blood sugar?
