No symptoms after ipill; negative pregnancy test

My cycle is 30-32 days. I had my last period on 28 feb. And I had unprotected sex on 25 feb. I took an I pill within 48 hours. But I didn't get my periods till now also I didn't get withdrawal bleeding and I couldn't see any symptoms of Taking I pill on me. Today I did a pregnancy test at home it came negative but I am still tensed. Can you please tell me if I could get pregnant?

I pill can delay your cycle.As the pregnancy testing is negative, you are nonpregnant. There is no risk of getting pregnant.
