Welcome to ehealthforum,
The return of menstrual/vaginal bleeding after menopause, can be suggestive of other underlying problems (DUB, endometrial hyperplasia, hormonal imbalances, uterine cancer/endometrial cancer etc.) Do not delay in visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician (not GP/NP) for further thorough evaluation (to look for the exact underlying cause). Treatment measures as appropriate (based on examination and investigation results) would be started to help you. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any new/abnormal symptom immediately.
Take care.
