No period and extreme cramping

Hello forum, I haven't had a period since June, and that last period was unbelievable painful. I normally have painful periods, but not near as bad as this one, which had me bedridden for the whole day. Often I am nauseous and cramps are a pretty regular occurrence now. I'm sure something's wrong.

There is no chance that I am pregnant, and I'm young and fairly athletic.

Another symptom I am having which I think may be connected to the problem is severe cramping the day after I consume spicy food. It makes the whole day absolutely miserable. I did some research and it appears like that is a common symptom of stomach ulcers. Stomach ulcers tend to be typically caused by stress, and I know I've had a rather stressful year. This wouldn't surprise me honestly.

So what does this look like? Does my guess sound reasonable?

You better not try to diagnose your problem. These are complicated enough already with absent cycle and painful cramp.yes, this could be due to stress but there are other factors also those needs to be screened.Meet your GP for a detailed evaluation of your clinical status as well as hormonal profile.
