no muscles becomes strength and shapefull why ?

I do lot of excersise of shoulders and arms biceops but no muscles becomes strength and shapefull why ? can u suggest me

I appreciate your concern

Exercise should be done for general fitness. If you want to build muscle mass safely then ideally you should consult a nutritional expert to adjust the ratio of daily protein intake according to your muscle mass and physical activity. You will gain mass if there is no unusual catabolic activity in the body.
