Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The irregular appearance of endometrium could be a cause for concern. Visit her gynecologist and request for a hysteroscopy to be done to see the inside of the uterus and visualize the condition of endometrium. If vigorous scraping was done during the ‘abortion’, then chances of damage to basal layer of endometrium is present, then can lead to abnormal formation of endometrium and lack of periods. Wait for the USG results too.
Take care.
