I had a surgical abortion 1 week ago I had cramps for the first 5 days but no blood. Now there is no cramps and still no blood is this normal

Welcome to e health forum.

If the procedure was done properly and all the products of conception were removed, then you may not have much bleeding again.

most women do start ovulating again within one to two months after a miscarriage. But in many cases it is normal to have unpredictable cycles.

So there is no need to panic or worry.

Just follow up with your doctor and hopefully everything will be fine in due time.
