Niacin for poor circulation

User Profile
Hi I was told that niacin is good for poor circulation in the legs and feet , and it may well be working for me but what I don’t know is - does anyone happen to know how long niacin stays working in your bloodstream for ?.

Not long at all it goes fast! It's a B vitamin so it's going to race through your system and get peed out fast (especially if you drink enough water) but definitely drink a lot of fluid! Niacin is FAST MOVING
