newborn abnormal toe growth

User Profile
Our daughter was born with two missing toes 3&4 on her right foot. Toe 1&2 are grown together.
On her left foot, she has as well grown together toes 1&2 and 3&4. The second toe is underdeveloped, so we were adviced to amputate it and then she will have a 4-toes foot on the left side and 3-toes foor on the right side. Will she be able to walk normally? What you would advice us, is it any reconstruction of the toes possible? Should we separate the grown together toes or better leave it as it is? Thanks a lot in advance.
