New here + Discouraged- no Dr. has diagnosed "spells"

Hi everyone. I just joined as a last resort in finding a direction towards better health. For several years I've had weird symptoms that no doctor can diagnose -- sudden weakness, light-headed, tightening in neck & upper arms, hand tremors, nausea, insomnia, forgetfulness & low energy. I just got out of the hospital after 2 days of tests. My heart (which has 2 stents) is OK, BP & cholesteral level fine, and nothing showed up in labs on blood or in the MRI of my head & neck. Nothing in x-rays either. Everything is normal. But these "spells" still happen all of a sudden & are not triggered by anything as far as I can tell. I feel like my docs are just getting tired of me. I'm depressed & don't even know which symptom to follow up on. Any suggestions?
