Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am glad to help you out. The first thing which needs to be ruled out in the case of delayed periods is pregnancy.

Hence, I will suggest you to do the pregnancy test again. You can do the serum beta HCG test as this is supposed to be much more sensitive than the urine test.

If it comes out as negative, then other causes of delayed periods needs to be looked into.

It can happen because of hormonal imbalance, increased stress, eating disorder, smoking, alcohol or caffeine use and medical conditions like PCOS, fibroid, polyps and endometriosis.

An ultrasound should also be done as it'll help in not only ruling out pregnancy but also facilitate in looking for the other causes of delayed periods.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.

For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
