Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The tiredness that you are experiencing could be a part of the pregnancy symptoms itself. The pregnancy hormones and high progesterone are prone to make you feel tired, more sleepy and fatigued due to effects on various organs systems of your body. If you are very tired, check your blood work-up for anemia. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
