I have an ear issue with my ears affecting my balance and I am feeling very depressed because I understand that it is permanent. Can anything be done to manage this condition other than getting ears cleaned out, taking antihistamines and anti-emetics? I can't stand how I feel so dizzy and uncoordinated especially after intense exercise or being outside this time of year because the allergens mess up my eustachian tubes and it gets even worse. I am feeling like not much is helping except this treatment with mineral oil and cotton-ball my doctor showed me and daily antihistamine use (especially this time of year).

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
If its due to allergic rhinitis then you have to avoid allergens and if its because of deviated nasal septum then that issue should be fixed.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
