nerve irritation since shoulder replacement surgery

I had shoulder replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. It is healing nicely except for the nerve irritation that is making my pinky, ring finger and middle finger constantly tingle. I have feeling and movement but they tingle all the time.
Doctor said it is due to inflammation and the dissolving hematoma under my upper arm. Can I expect this to go away any time soon?

Thank you for asking

Shoulder replacement surgery is likely causing these symptoms and their resolution totally depends on resolution of inflammation and hematoma dissolution.

Wait for it, keep the arm elevated, rest and take anti inflammatories. It will be fine soon.

take care
