neither my period is coming nor am i pregnant

Hello,
I have irregular menstrual cycle like it comes 1 month then in two months den again after 1 and half month..i wasn't bothered much but now i want to conceive so i have gone or medical check up. they tested my blood. it is pretty normal there is nothing wrong in blood test.But from last 4 months neither my period is coming nor am i pregnant and on the top of that my blood test is normal. So what is the reason for not getting periods? what should i do now? any other tests or anything? i want to conceive.

I appreciate your concern

Secondary amenorrhea can be due to a number of reasons. its good that you tested for pregnancy , first. If the test was negative and confirmed by blood hcg levels or Obstetric U/S then you can Norethisterone and Ethinyloestradiol combo meds like Penorit can be taken to induce period, in consult with your doctor. Infertility workup looking for anovulation, PCOS, fibroids , ovarian , pituitary dysfunction should be done. Clomiphene and GNRH analogues are possible treatment choices if you fit the criteria e.g anovulation and there is no other cause e.g PID or low count / dysfunctional sperms.
