Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A15739
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms suggest possibility of pregnancy. The spotting if mild could indicate decidual bleeding.
Get a blood beta HCG test done to confirm your pregnancy. As you said and experienced in your last pregnancy, sometimes urine pregnancy tests show false negative results due to less concentration of HCG hormone in urine during early pregnancy. The blood beta HCG test and ultrasound scan are the best and accurate ways to confirm pregnancy.
Take care.
