Welcome to this forum.
As your pregnancy test is negative, the chance of getting pregnant is almost nil here. All your symptoms and absent cycle could be due to stress or anxiety or tension which can cause a sudden hormonal changes inside you and the consequences. Please visit your doctor for an opinion as you might need a clinical evaluation and few other blood tests like thyroid and other hormonal status.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
