Need solution for chronic hot flash dehydration

Since I started having menopause and constant night sweats and hot flashes, I am constantly dehydrated and now I have become constipated from that.

I drink water constantly and have changed my diet (to deal with constipation) but I have not found any result! I keep jugs of water by my bed at night, I drink them (and basically spend the night getting up to go to the bathroom).

Does anyone have other solutions for this problem?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the symptoms of menopause are affecting your daily routine and day-to-day life, then consider discussing about option of getting started on HRT for hormonal replacement and better control of symptoms. Discuss your symptoms with your treating doctor/gynecologist. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
