Need Energy. B12 vitamins?

So Ive been eating better and going to the gym to try and lose weight. However, lately I have just been feeling like I have no energy at all at any time of the day. I heard that B12 vitamins help when it comes to needing an energy boost. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Any suggestions for anything else pertaining to weight loss or an energy booster.

Hi,

I have a B12 deficiency and I take vitamin supplements to help boost it. B12 is what helps to form red blood cells, and helps keep your brain and nervous system healthy, and if you are lacking in it trust me you do feel tired all the time. You can get more B12 naturally from meat and eggs, but personally more of a fruit and veggie person. I have noticed the supplements do help. I just take them after each meal. I hope this helps!
