I may think I may be at near risk of a heart attack?

- whenever I swallow, most of the time something I know is unhealthy, I feel something in my heart. It doesn't hurt or anything, it just feels like the fat is being directly transferred there and I can feel...some sort of pulse feeling like I know its building up? I'm sorry for being unclear.

-if I were to start working out/ doing things to prevent an attack right away, would I be putting myself more at risk for going 'all-out' all at once? Should I start small and progress?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

You need to relax. The anxiety with feeling unhealthy food going to your heart is understandable but you need to realize that in pure physical terms that is not true. You can start working out and build it up slowly. That would be preferable in every case.

Wishing you best of health
