This the 2nd month in a row that I have spotted 4-5 days after my cycle, I know that I do have fibrods but my doc said that it is small and hasn't grown since last year. Can you please tell me what this could be? Thank you.

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Midcycle bleeding/spotting could be indicative of hormonal derangements, ovulation, presence of fibroids, endometriosis, severe PID, thyroid hormone dysfunction, anemia, etc. Be in regular follow-up with your treating doctor. You can also consider getting a second opinion from another gynecologist for your condition. Get started on appropriate treatment measures for symptom control and regulation of periods.
Take care.
