Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The chances of pregnancy seem minimal in view of the periods coming on time. However, there’s no harm in doing urine for pregnancy test.

In case, it’s negative then the possibility of pregnancy is virtually ruled out. If it’s positive, then the periods which you had could actually be a miscarriage.

The symptoms which you are having can also be due to acute gastritis.

Please do consult a physician for the same as it is not possible to make an online diagnosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
