nausea, panic attacks & stress ,

I have panic attacks & stress , I constantly keep nausea and have no appetite, I have abnormal bowel, I dont leave my house and aren't on any meds how can I relieve my nausea ? And today I'm experiencing aching in my chest , I also have no engery

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in chest is very common sign in panic attack and anxiety and nothing to worry about. Take some psychotherapy session and few doses of anxiolytics and i am sure it will help.
