For the past week I've been nauseous. I am not pregnant because I am 13 and have never done anything before. I have a sore throat, and I've been feeling really tired. I get like 8 hours of sleep daily, I eat all my meals, and nothing has changed or anything. I always feel like throwing up, like something is trying to go upwards. I can't tell my parents, because they've been stressed lately, and I would only add to it. Their stress started before my nauseousness. Any one know why this is happening and how to stop it?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Get evaluated for stress as that can cause these GI symptoms and IBS symptoms. Mono should be considered too.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
