I am a relatively healthy 25-year old female.

I got one lower wisdom tooth removed 8 hours ago, under local anaesthesia (3 injections).

I am on antibiotics to prevent a possible infection and of course, I am on painkillers.

I am in pain, of course but what mostly worries me is that I am feeling nauseous.

My dentist says it's the anaesthesia and the fact that I've swallowed lots of blood.

This strikes me as odd though as I've had another wisdom tooth extracted in the past and I don't remember it to be that painful. And i didn't feel this nausea back then.

What could be happening?
