Mystery illness - help please!

I’m wondering if someone can give me an idea of what’s going on - I’ve been having these symptoms since the beginning of December and really starting to worry.

It started four weeks ago - I noticed I had an upper back pain on my right side that seemed to be radiating into my neck - it didn’t hurt to breath in and out but was difficult to locate - between my spine and shoulder blade mainly. Since then I have slowly developed the following symptoms:
1. Stabbing pains in lymph nodes around groin (almost constant) and under arms
2. I feel like I’m straining to talk (I don’t sound any different but it’s more of an effort to speak) throat feels off.
3. Weakness in my legs - I can move and run about but I feel wobbly throughout the day
4. Pain in what feels like my hip bone - short and stabbing
5. Muscle twitches across my arms and legs, around my mouth and my tounge

I’m 30, smoked on and off for ~10 years (about ten a day usually less) and was diagnosed with Panic disorder in 2017 from which I recovered.

I don’t take any medications.

The doctors I saw put the back pain down to muscular skeletal as I had a chest x day which was clear.
They are now recommending a full blood test.

Can anyone give me any idea as to what this could be?

Thank you!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This could be due to cervical intervertebral disc prolapse or inflammation. I would suggest you to have CBC, ESR and MRI cervical spine to sort it out.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
