Mysterious Rash on Back. Please Help?

Sunday night I noticed a slightly itchy spot on my lower back. I mistook it for acne at first, but the next morning when I woke up I saw it was quite red and a bit blistery/bubbly. The rash is still present but it looks like it's starting to scab over slightly. It's in the middle of my lower back and it's just in the shape of a blob. It isn't really itchy just on it's own. There's a slight burn when I touch it. Does anyone know what this could be? It doesn't match the images I've looked at of cellulitis. It's in such a random spot of my body. I just hope it isn't an issue because I've noticed a couple of my lymph nodes have also swollen. I'm wondering if that's just my body's natural reaction to trying to calm down the rash. I'm a 23 year old female.

I'll add that I don't and haven't had a fever.
