I've had these 2 pimple like bumps on my chest for about half a year now and they haven't shown any signs to disappear. Is there any reason to be considered? And I do find it aesthetically unpleasing. How would I get rid of this, I've tried pimple cream but it hasn't done anything. I've searched for what this could be but I'm not sure, please enlighten me. Here is the image of the two bumps https://ibb.co/n6MK7A

The first lesion appears to be a boil and can be treated with antibiotics or I/D. The second one is well circumscribed and needs to be observed. For cosmetic purposes a graft can be done for both the areas however a biopsy should be done to determine the histopathological nature and rule out any sinister cause.
