Hello
My wifes 26 years old last period first day was 13th of May and after that we had sex on 19th of May I didn't used condom but I didn't discharge inside her vagina, we have tested many times using urine test strip and also blood test on 20 of July but there is no positive sign of pregnancy and she didn't had her mensuswe till now she also used misoprostol brand name breeky which is commonly used for abortion under 12 weeks which give nothing other than loose motion and fever, we also had pelvic ultrasound everything was normal thyroid test is also clear. What should we do now, we are very tensed because my wife's friend was pregnant and she got to know on her 20th week we are afraid as we are not on that stage to keep baby.

Extremely eHealthy
If your wife were 10 weeks pregnant she would have many early pregnancy signs to talk about. Your sex was not in the fertile window and you have various other confirmations she is not pregnant. Relax! The missing periods could have many other causes - sexual debut, misoprostol, stress.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. With tests negative and misoprostol given which was a bad move as that drug to be taken under supervision, pregnancy is unlikely. Other causes of menstrual delay should be looked for.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
