Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern.
It depends upon the stage of the disease.
If disease is localized non metastatic,it is potentially suitable for surgical resection.
The median survival with surgery is 20-23 months and five year survival is approx 20%.
If disease is inoperable locally advanced then the median survival with treatment is 9 months.
If the disease is metatsatic at time of presentation then the median survival with treatment is 6 months with 1 year survival rate of only 20%.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
