Hi! I started my period 2 weeks early and I am really confused as to why. I am sexually active. i am 30yrs old. I had a cyst on my ovaries and it burst about a year and a half ago. Could this be connected? Could I be Pregnant? Help!!

Welcome to ehealthforum.
If the ‘early’ period that you had was lighter and shorter than your usual periods, then it could suggest possibility of implantation bleeding and pregnancy.
Other possibilities of having midcycle spotting could be uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, cervix related issues, etc.
A careful examination along with ultrasound scan and blood and hormonal work-up will help to know the exact cause for your symptoms. Do not delay your visit to your gynecologist (not GP/NP).
Take care.
