My 2nd molar is falling out on it's own

If my 2nd molar falls out on it's own, do I need to have stitches to close the hole in the gums?

There is no need to have stitches to close the hole in the gums. Typically, if the 2nd Molar falls out on it's own you should consult with the dentist. He will use sutures in order to close up the gums area where the extraction was performed.
