Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Increase in vaginal discharge is commonly seen during pregnancy due to hormonal changes affecting vaginal secretions, but if there has been changes in consistency, smell or appearance of the discharge, it could suggest infective causes. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination and investigations to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on the examination findings and investigation results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. If infective cause is detected, and if you are sexually active during pregnancy, get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection. Since you have had previous pregnancy loss, consider getting serial and periodic HCG level monitoring done to look for the HCG levels, doubling up of the hormonal levels in 48-72 hour swill confirm that the pregnancy is going on smoothly. An ultrasound scan done (between 16-20 weeks gestation) would help rule out any birth anomalies/defects in the baby/fetus as well as confirm fetal wellbeing. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up of your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
